Julie you are about to start the journey of a lifetime !!! It is a very awesome one full of mountain top adventures along with those dreaded valleys where you would love to scream at the top of your lungs because of stalls. Know that we are ALL here for you.....to guide you in the right direction and we are all going to be here to celebrate every 1/4 lb. loss victories with you because everything "counts" !!!! Yeah today is the beginning of a new lifestyle for you full of adventures and new friends. We will all be here for you if you need us. Congrats on your surgery and making it to the "losers bench" !!!
