12 minute brisk walk
35 minutes recumbent bike - 5.62 miles on hill climb mode (up to resistance level 20)

3/10/2009
Tired today - but managed to get some in (maybe the time change is catching up with me!!!!!!!) - even drove to the gym
10 minutes recumbent bike - 1.51 miles on interval mode (changing from resistance 1 to 6 every minute)
30 minutes treadmill - 1.49 miles - working up from 1.6mph to 4mph and back down again

Walk 2 miles including around the lake @ Clement park (1.4 miles)

3/15/2009
Walk to Westridge Park and back - approx 1.5 -2 miles or so

12 minute brisk walk
35 minutes on bike - level 1 but went fast - 6.17 miles YEAH!!!!
2 reps of 10 w/ 10 lbs on 6 different arm exercises - I sure hope I did them right - I'm already sore!!
