Dearest Julie..as i type this, you are out of surgery and doing ok...There will be days ahead to wher eyou think, "God what have I done to myself" and there will be days of pure joy..and soon the joy will outweigh the earlier. Know i am here if you need me and I will be coming to see you soon. Sip that water as much as you can and walk walk walk as much as you can. Your energy levels will be low for a while, but they will soon pick up. Welcome to the losing side! hugs JudyBennett

Hi Julie! I am so glad that you sent me a comment for my surgery page. I am new to the website and think it is awesome! I can't believe that the both of us are having surgery on the same day. I pray that everything will go well for you and that you have very minimal/no pain from the surgery. I would love to keep in contact with you since you are not that far from me. I am only about 45 minutes from Roanoke Memorial if that. I live at Smith Mountain Lake in Moneta, Va. I am right between Roanoke and Lynchburg.
