A NEW YEAR, A NEW ME 1-5-09

Hello everyone... I hope everyone had a very good holiday season. I did. I didn't gain any weight....and I cooked too.My son is still home on holiday break from college and he always wants his mothers cooking when He is home, so I cooked.and  I did do some tasting too....... If you cook you know how it is...you taste a lil here and a lil there, jus-s-s-s-st to make sure it's seasoned correctly..(rolling her eyes in the air)...lol...but I didn't over do it.....so I am very proud of myself... And Dr Wood is too. He was proud that I have lost 50 lbs. and 9 inches off my waist  six weeks after surgery!!!!. Ask me if I was smiling like a kid who just got a big A+ on her report card!!!!!.  ...I am feeling so much better too!...I have notoiced that I can walk farther without breathing hard....and I'm loving that!......and I feel bones in areas of my body  that I have not felt bone in a lot of years...wow.....I'm always touching myself here and there.....ahhhhh...be careful with those thoughts now!......I'm just exporing my changing body.....lol....I am so glad that I had the surgery.....and I thank God for it!!!!!
