Danced with my Family

I was sitting on the sofa watching music video's ...and the cutest thing happened----my two year old son walked over to me and said" Dance with me mommy" now I know I've got to take it slow.........But I got my body up and danced with my son.... and before I knew it my daughter and husband  joined us... what a special Way to celebrate life and each other.....





P.s. Two weeks to the day after WLS lost 23lbs.....and going strong
