Kaci- I too had a lot of problems with pain. I had a reaction to the morphine pump and was taken off and only given Tylenol. Can you imagine? I was kept 5 days for a Lap RNY and hired a nurses aid for 4 days when I went home because I was still in so much pain. Anyway, it's 5 weeks now (down 31 lbs) and NO PAIN or discomfort at all. I would say it took 3-4 weeks to say that. Hang in - each day does get better.

Hey Kaci, I think maybe you have turned the corner and will start to feel better now. It's been a long 2 1/2 weeks. I'm sure that you will be thinking it was worth it when your're back to your old self again - well - almost your old self. I guess you're a little re-arranged inside. Love, Mom
