ok soooooo i didnt do well on the 5 day pouch test......
I decided that since im working out im gunna need more calories to keep from feeling run down with NO energy...
so i came u with my own diet plan.......
im back on my protien shakes........morning and lunch with some small healthy snacks between, and then eat a "normal" dinner........
i have already lost about 2.5 pounds.........
i really want to get down to my goal of 150 by new years so i really start pumping some iron to get that flab gone..........

day 1 of pouch test

i am on day one of the "5 day pouch test"
i am trying to shrink my pouch back to a smaller size and jump start my journey
onto my goal of a firmer smaller 150 (im currently at a FLABBY 168)
I am kinda doing my own variation of the "test"
I had a scoop of designer whey with my coffee this morning........
I really need to make sure im getting in enough calories since im working out again......
i hope i dont pass out tonight at the gym....
I have been having a lot of low blood sugar episodes lately (before changing my diet and starting exercising again)
i get dizzy, shakey and feel like im gunna pass out about an hour after i eat to many carbs and/or sugar without eating any protien (not fun)
i have had about a dozen bad episodes.....
i HATE that feeling.........
i will let you guys know how it all goes after the gym tonight.........

i really really suck at posting on here.......
i think it probably has to do with not wanting to do and live right......lol
if i come here its always a wake up call on what i SHOULD be doing and a reminder of what im NOT!
i dont take my vitamins....
i dont do my protien.....
i pretty much havent been doing ANYTHING that i should.......
UP UNTIL LAST WEEK..........
I started at a gym and IM LOVING IT.........and i even started back on my protien and I plan on starting my vitamins TONIGHT.......
i have a client (im a manicurist) that just had the surgery too a couple weeks ago and i think her being so excited about her journey has made me become more aware of what i need to be doing........
im still at about 170.......
i was in teh low 160's for awhile......
ugh........
I really dont want to gain that damn weight back so im gunna stop it before it starts.....
i will post weekly to let you know how its all going.......
my main reason for starting the gym is to firm up and get soem muscle back......
i want to get down to 150lb.....but im scared to loose any more weight cause im already SOOOO flabby
its HARD and im sooo sore but im really pushing myself to complete what i started in the begining

i know my last post was kinda "negative" but I feel alot better now........
im great and so is the family..........
im still in a size 10-12 and am hoping to have some plastic surgery after the first of the year.........
halloweeen is coing up and we are having our first costume halloween party ever! I am dressing up as a "sexy" french maid..........I cant wait.........
I will really try and post more often and I will post pics of the party later this month...........

hey everyone.....I know I havent been posting AT ALL, but Ive just been busy and maybe slightly avoiding this site because I have been being BAD!!
I have been snacking snacking snacking on EVERYTHING!! It wouldnt be such a problem if it wasnt things like french fries and chips!! I was even drinking diet SODA !!
I have even gained a couple of pounds recently and havent lost any in like 2 or more months!
I am pretty much at my "goal" but I would love to loose about 15 more pounds........before I get cosmetic surgery in the fall......
I started my protein shakes again and Ive been drinking nothing but water during the day and just eating a "good" dinner.
I really need some good ideas for simple snacks I should and could be eating.......

My scale is running SUPER low on batteries (maybe because I weighed myself about 100 times a day for the past yerar!! LOL)
Well anywho............it is running low but I weighted myself a few days ago and it flashed a quick 168!!!!!
That means that I have met my fist goal of being under 170 and now my BMI is in the "healthy range"!!!!!!!!!!

I bought a pair of black capris today in a size 10!!
and I also got a a new pair of jeans in a size 11 in JUNIORS!!
Im sooooooooo happy.....
I will be taking pics later to put up here...........
oh ya and I am now at about 176.........

1.How far are you from doctors goal? about 9lbs, Im now at about 179....
2. How far are you from YOUR goal? about 14lbs., I would love to be about 165
3. What size pants were you pre-op? a VERY tight 24
4. What size pants are you today? About a 12
5. What size pants would you like to get into to? maybe an 8
6. Are you planning on plastic surgery? YES! I would like my belly and boobies "fixed" ;)
7. How do you plan on paying for it? Well I already had my first consult with a plastics doc and they took some pics of my belly and submitted them to my ins. about a week ago. They said the whole process should take about a month. And as for my boobies, I think we are going to go with CARE CREDIT to help with the cost........

Ok so last week wasnt so good for me.............
It started off with me in Urgent Care with upper right belly and back pain.....
I was like CRAP.........GALLSTONES!!
Well they ended up doing an ultrasound and sure enough something was wrong in there....
They said they dont quite see andy stones yet bet there is "sludge and crystals"
GREAT!!
And then they took my blood to check on my pancreas and my liver ensymes came back elavated.....
He called me and asked if I had been exposed to Hepatitis recently!! I was like "NO, I dont think so!"
So he said that they would have to take some more tests this week......
Well I did some research on my own and found that some people that are taking to antidepressant Lexapro (i been on it for about 2 years) have been known to have elavated liver ensymes........so Im hoping thats all it is...............
AND THEN!!!!..........
I had to go BACK to the doctor with an AWFUL bladder infection right before the weekend......
URGH!!!!!!!! OUCH!! : ' )
So anyways I hope everyone ids doing better than me......lol
I will keep everyone updated.........when I find out more............
