I have yo-yo'd with weight for a good portion of my life. I made a decision in June 2008 that I no longer wanted to do that for the rest of my life therefore I went to a seminar at which I first heard Dr "JJ" Gonzalez speak and was immediately convinced I was headed down the right path. At that time he was with WeightWise and I became increasingly dissatisfied with the level of customer service there so I called Dr Gonzalez's office and after speaking with Christina about my dissatisfaction, she put me in touch with the folks at Innova where Dr Gonzalez is now. The difference was like night & day! I am so glad I made that call to Dr Gonzalez's office. After I met with him at Innova, I became even more convinced I had made the right decision! He suggested I lose a certain amount of weight and the program he put me on has helped detoxify my liver. He has shown nothing but concern for my well-being and my success on my journey to being a healthier woman. Since I began my food program in July 2008, I have lost 75 pounds (pre-surgery) and will have my surgery on March 6th. I am truly excited as the staff at Innova have proven to be caring and supportive as well as honestly concerned with the success of their patients. Customer service is as important to Dr "JJ" Gonzalez and the Innova staff as it is to me and the patients they help everyday!
