From the first time I met him at the seminar I knew that he was empathetic to my situation without being judgemental and knew that he would support me through the entire process. The first one on one meeting I had with him he spent at least 30 minutes talking to me about where I was at and where I wanted to go. I told him that I was in this to lose ALL my excess weight not just a percentage and he told me that with my determination they will help me get there. I remember the morning of the surgery when I was in the waiting room and he was walking by to find the previous patients family member he saw me smiled and walked over to me and gentley squeezed my arm for a bit of reassurance.
