When I started this journey I was 467 lbs and had very bad health. I decided to do something and a friend told me about this Lab Band operation so I started to check it out and am I ever glad I did.
The operartion was not that bad and I would do it all over again if I had to because My life has changed so much in one year. I am down 102 lbs , sitting at 365lbs and still losing with only two fills. It has been slow some times, I will sit for a month and not lose anything but it did come off. I am starting to slow down when I eat and eating small amounts the right way and it works. I have not been hungury at all after the operation and have to make me eat something so I do not miss a meal.
It has been a very nice journey so far and look forward to get the other 100lbs off within the next year.
