6 Year today from the operation

Well I am still losing but very very slow but I am at 329 today. I guess I have to do more to get more off . I am very happy with the amount I have lost so far. Still want more but will have to see the doctor for a adjustment. Health is doing great with the wieght off. Hang in there because it will come off  but you do have to work at it.
My grand total for 6 years is 138 lbs off.
