Congrats on your surgery. I will be following you next week and I am looking forward to becoming a member of the "Loosers Club" and having my seat on the "Loosers Bench"--there is always room for one more. Prayers for a speedy recovery.

thank you, yes the feet and hand swelling has gone down, I am feeling good and am actually gone down 28 1/2 pounds so far, im feeling more confident than ever!

Hello everyone, I got home on friday ! I am doing well, no surprises and I am just dawdling along here at home, The outpouring of support from you all is amazing to say the least, I look forward to each and every post and find comfort in knowing you all care so much, I will keep you updated as often as I can on my progress. has anyone had a problem with feet swelling? they didn't seem concermed at the hospital.

Hi Cathy! Congrats on having your surgery! Let the weight loss begin!! I bet you feel relieved now. It's over and now you are on the other side and can join the ranks of the losers. Welcome, my friend!!! Happy RE-Birthday to you! From this day forward you life will change forever. Just try to take it easy and remember to sip, walk, deep breathe and cough. Take those pain pills and splint the tummy! These first few days are rough, but I assure you they get better with each passing day. Some days those emotions will resurface and try to get the best of you, but just remember what you’ve been through to get this far! I’m sure you’ll be proud of what you’ve accomplished!! You know you can always come here and get a dose of confidence and good will! We will still be here to support you and cheer you on as the pounds come off!
