so I had a stricture at 3.5 weeks out. I got it dilated, all was good. It's been slightly more challenging to eat food in the last two weeks (I'm 6.5 weeks out now) but liquids still go down fine as long as my swallows aren't too huge.

So we all know I'm new to this. I'm 5 weeks 3 days post surgery. It's going great, I have no complaints so far. But the further out I get the more I'm wondering.

My upper GI was this morning and yes, I had a stricture. They dilated it and said they'll want to do it again next week to make sure it stays open. Right now we're seeing how I do with keeping down beef broth and water. So far so good!
