Hi Kristy. WOW! you look great!! Have you tried drinking your milk with sugar free chocolate Nesquik? That is how I have been drinking it since surgery. Take care.

My thoughts and prayers are with you today Kristy for a smooth surgery and a fast recovery. I know your feeling on the crutches. I wasn't able to walk on my own for 8 months after being sideswiped on my Harley. Don't rush it, it will all heal in due time. =)
