Well I have lost a total of 12 pounds in the last month of being on the adipex. Only side affects that I have had is that when I had my menstral cycle it made me go very very heavy, and for 12 days. As soon as I quit taking it, I stoped...five days later I started taking it again and I have been fine and not bleeding, TG..that's about it. My hubby and I are having issues...he is still stuck in Mexico...I am so dissapointed,,,I keep telling him that we have to find a way. Check out my myspace...@ www.myspace.com/la_gata_lopez

well I am taking Adipex to see if I can loose some weight. so far no side affects except energy,,,lol which is cool. hopefully it will help. i know a couple of people who are on it and lost 80 lbs. that would be freaking sweet! I would still be very over weight but any weight gone is a blessing.

well my husband tried to cross and was arrested and jailed for 2 weeks and lost all of the money so.....now what the hell do we do but start over. This really freaking sux.,

ok...a sleep test is an experiance. Thats all I'm going to say. Couldn't tolerate the masks, felt like drowning.Normal Oxygen levels I guess are in the 90's...mine were in the 70's. Maybe if I hadn't had sinus issues I could have breathed better with the machine. Damn complications. have not heard anything from my husband...If he's dead.... I am going to lose it.Please GOD let him be ok and home soon.

All right!! I go to do my cpap test Saturday night @ the court yard Marriot in Columbus because our hospital is still not at full power so they are using hotel rooms to do the test. WoW I have never spent the night @ the Marriot. 
They told me that my insurance covers it and that I do not need to bring anything. hummmm I probably won't be able to sleep lol..that would be my luck. 
Ok it has been officially a week..and I have not heard anything from my husband. I will give him another week and then I am going to freak out!!!! YOU WILL KNOW IT. My heart is breaking

Omg I woke up last night with acid reflux from HELL. 
I almost puked. 
.I have had that a few times in the past but it's kinda like you forget about the pain until it hits again and you think your dying. UUHHHGGG!! 
I sent my hubby the money last Wednesday and he left Mexico to try and get home..
I Haven't heard anything from him since Thursday morning and I am freaking out!!!! God I hope that he is ok..he told me that he would call me
and not to try to call him..but I can't help it..I am worried sick.
I miss him sooooo much and I love him even more. I pray to god that he is ok and will be here soon.

ok...I have been twice to my doctor to be weighed...I am doing the 6 months medically supervised weight loss..like I haven't been doing this everytime I have ever went in my life...but officially, but anyways...I have been in September and now in October, I have another appointment in November and by February I will have 6 months. I attended my WLS Seminar last Thursday night in Franklin. I have my folder with all my information. I have talked to my doctor and trying to get my cpap test done cause I do have it. I am going to check on my Psych evaluation..to see if I can do it now while I am on the Aetna insurance. I have gotten my past 5 years medical records from my doctor and I need to send them in. I want to have everything that I can... done and ready! I am going to try and start my support group meetings..not because I have to do it but because I want to and continue to go. I want to have support and I want to help support others. 
Ok on a more personal note:::: I have sent my husband some stuff and I hope to see him soon. I am worried sick.

I am soooo happy! 
I have taken the first step basicly. I have been to a siminar and a support group but those were for supporting my friends. I went to Dr. Kavelman, and he checked me out and we talked about different weightloss surgeries, and pills. I assured him that I had my mind made up that I want to have the RNY @ Johnson Memorial Hospital in Franklin, IN, and he said that was great and that he would call Dr. Lindsey and give my referral. We are holding off until January when my awesome Insurance starts that pays for everything!!! In the mean time I will go to him and wheigh every month or so, watch my diet, and exercise (walking) mostly. 
My best friend Nikki and I used to sit around and talk about having weight loss surgery like a fantacy.
Now she is 2 years post op 
and I am a few months pre op. We are so excited for the both of us..
..now if we could just hit the lottery like we dream about.
..lol. Wouldn't that ROCK!!!!

I got my new shoes!!!! I also bought myself 2 new shirts, they were on sale so I don't feel guilty.lol I also bought a few baby clothes for my new grandson that will be here December 22nd. I talked to my husband today and he is in good spirits for the moment but very homesick. Money sux when you need alot of it, and it is good when you can buy a little something.

I have been walking all week...I go for about 20-22 minutes a day. I know that's not great, but I am working my way up to it. I find myself getting lost in my music and not even thinking about anything really, just peace...I have been doing really well @ drinking alot of water and I hardly ever have a soda. I seriously need to get myself some new shoes though. My shoes right now hurt my feet. They are so worn out. Next check maybe?????
I am going to call my doctor tomorrow, they were supposed to get all of my files from my old family doctor and transfer everything to my new doctor. I need to get started on seeing him...let's get this show on the road..! lol They better have my info or I'm gonna scream..it's been two weeks and she ( the nurse ) has not called me like she said that she would as soon as they received my information. Why do you have to do your job and their's too???
