Support Group Meeting

Hey, Jan 27, 2011..went to my 1st support group meeting.  Someone suggested to blog my journey and I thought I would, so here it is. 

Went today Pre OP to listen to some of my fellow peers that have gone before me, WLS that is.  I found out a lot of GREAT information!  They really helped to ease my mind!  A lot of wonderful people that understand what I am going through with this extra weight, and are there to help and support me.  Even though I was a little quiet (normally not) LOL, I am sure that I will jump right in with discussions after I have my surgery and feel more at ease with the group!!
