"I had a great experience at Presby. From the first nurse I saw in pre op to the pre op holidng area, to recovery and then back to my room. I was only in one night but the people in the nurses station on 5A were incredible! They were helpful and encouraging. They bought me a fan and my hubby a pillow and a blanket (because I was feezing him with the fan!) They answered any question I had and expalined why they were doing what they were doing. I felt like I had my own cheerleading group! They were awesome!"
"Dr Melkonian is the best! He is straight up and to the point. He explained everything so thourghly and took time to answer my extensive list of questions. He came and saw me while I was in the OR holding and then the day after surgery. He made sure all my questions were answered.
The office staff is also great. Stafanie helped me with the apporval process and my NUT,Victoria became a part time shrink and well as nutrionist!
I would recommend this Dr and this facility to anyone looking in to WLS. "
