"Dr. Davidson is a no nonsense kind of guy. He lays out the options and doesn't sugarcoat. I like that. He spent as much time as I needed to throughly explain the surgery and the recovery expectations. My surgery went off without a hitch and my recovery was rapid and without complication. I will admit that the first couple of days were rough, but no rougher then Dr. Davidson described. I was feeling pretty good after one week. I'm now 12 weeks out and I've never felt better. I wish I'd done this years ago. I traveled from out of town for the surgery and the Doctor's office was fully accomidating to my time constraints. I would highly recommend Dr. Davidson.
UPDATE: Six months post-surgery, down 70 lbs, 11 lbs to goal. YEAH!!
UPDATE: Ten months post-surgery, down 80 lbs, 1 lb to goal. That last pound is hanging on for dear life.
UPDATE: January 23, 2013. GOAL! GOAL! GOAL! 81.5 lbs down. Now it's time to shop for that Speedo!"
