"For weeks after my stay, if I saw something on TV that focused on surgery or a hospital stay, I would become sick to my stomach. I think that indicates not a great stay."

Kate Atkin

"It was my first meeting with the nutritionist and it was her responsibility to evaluate my potention success as a WLS candidate. I felt she was thorough and friendly."

Scott Fisher

"On Tuesday, January 15th, 2002, my husband and I went and met with Dr. Fisher. He seemed pretty young to me. I don’t have problem with that, because I think you are supposed to continue to be monitored for the rest of your life. I think I would prefer a young doctor, so that he won’t so quickly outgrow me. I am not sure if I said that right. Basically, I would like the same doctor for the long haul and not change too often. He answered lots of questions. He seems knowledgeable and very nice. I was interested in having this surgery the prior summer, however, the office is so busy with WLS patients that I had to wait to even call for an appointment. The staff seems receptive so far. I'll add more as I go further into this process."
