"My first impression of Dr. McClellan was that she was very knowledgeable and personable. She explained the procedures in detail, and was willing to answer all of my questions. (And I had a lot!) I have not felt that she was in a hurry, and she gave me all of the time that I needed when we have talked. Her office staff have been very friendly and helpful. Nancy in insurance took charge of getting my approval and was very thorough and organized. The nurses, Corrine, Jean and Maria have been caring and helpful -- and always easy to reach when I have any questions. Overall, I would rate her office excellent, and would recommend her to anyone interested in WLS."
