Okay 1 2 3 Start!

Jul 29, 2010

New start.. 5 years out. Reviewing the last bit, well I fell outta habits that were what I should always have. I fell outta my regular excercise routine and while I dont eat horrible I dont always eat what I did at the start. So I leveled off and stayed at 125. But always wanted to be 110 or less. But was happy- still are So myson was born in december. Started out at 125 and I delievered a month early at about 25 pounds heavier. Just 2 wks shy of 8 months later, this was in last Dec he was born- i am at 143. OMG 143. I knew I had some extra baggage, my jeans squeeze, I feel that extra jiggle ... lol  So got a referal and went back to my bariatric surgeon. I need to have him tell me the basics of what he feels needs to be done and how I can make this. I really want to make sure that this little bit of extra weight is zapped before it becomes a LARGER problem. So he gave me some guidelines- Protein based meals, Protein Shakes, no snacking, lots of H20 and of course- oh yeah a little thing called excercise. He asked me do you have a stroller- Ummm 2... one cost over 600 bucks, so yeah I got the limo of strollers. He goes so put the baby in it, make the 7 yr old keep up and no excuses.. well I also have a treadmill thats practically brand new. So no excuses, He told me theres no doubt in my mind 6-8 weeks at the most you follow your program and get back moving and the melt starts all over again. I have been pondering joinging the gym for months- I love classes- dance, yoga, and just the energy of when you go to the gym. Back to the gym it is in the next month. .. I wanna feel my tinest again.. In 6 or 8 weeks when I check back in I will be 115..
