"I just had one meeting with her so far, my surgery is schedule for November 15th, 2005 at 11 AM at Baystate Medical Center. She has done most of my peers surgeries and they have excellent recommendations. I like her overall."
"My first impression of Dr. Munshi was that he is a very knowlegeable doctor and transmits a "don't worry, everything will be fine," message. It gives you peace of mind. The office's staff is great, very pleasant people. Dr. Munshi takes things one step at a time, he doesn't overwelmed you with what do you have to do after surgery. The first thing is the surgery itself and that's what he discuss with you. I really like that. He told me about the risks of the surgery and most important HOW THEY HANDLE THEM in case they show up. They offer support groups which are very valuable and you can attend them as long as you want. There you find support and answers to your questions. In a scale 1-10 I would give him and the staff at Baystate Medical Center a PERFECT 100!!!I will highly recommend them all.

"The only thing that I regret is the room sharing/accomodations. There was really old lady, who was really sick and couldn't sleep at night. I didn't get much rest because of this. I think they shoud place patients according to their needs."
