Ok I was back at Riverside on Monday night. I had terrible pains 2 weeks out. I had a gall stone... I was admitted on Monday night and had surgery on Thursday... Home today... I have had enough of Hospitals!!!! Ready to get moving to my new life!

WOW... I can not believe it will be 2 weeks since my RNY this Tuesday!!

I am doing well and everyday is a learning experience. I am greatful I have not had any real discomfort. I have not weighed myself since I left my Surgeon's office. I was 263 pre-op and weighed in at 248 on Tuesday... Thought I was not really losing any weight.. Well today I saw a really cute top and bought it 2 sizes smaller then what I was... GOT home and it fit! WOW!!!!

Right now still on liquids until the 27th. I am going back to work on the 26th.

Today walked about a mile.... Feeling great!!

Came home after 2 nights in the hospital! Doing ok I am in pain but it is controllable.
I waited for a while in pre-op. I have been exhausted. Dr Myers said everything went great. Still getting foamies..

The night before surgery is here and I am so ready!!! I am so blessed by people I work with and my friends.. I have such a great support group!!! I will arrive at Riverside @ 8:00am and surgery should be 9:30/10:00am... Thrilled!!!!
Still need to pack a few things but I am almost done.

Fresh Start At Riverside: DR Myers has been just a blessing. They have prepared me this day. The way I eat and drink and explain to me that I need to do my part in order for this tool to work. Dr. Tell is amazing.. I am so thrilled!
I will update once I get home...

WOW... 4/6/10 is almost here

The time is going fast!!!! I have Surgery on 4/6/2010~
I am on a liquid diet now and doing ok.  I have so much support from everyone and my husband is the best! I will update my feelings until surgery!

Last night I went out with my 2 dear friends! I want to post every  moment of this process.  It came fast but it is awesome! Now 11 days from Surgery!!

The big day is 4/6/2010! I am so thrilled!!! Can not wait to get this done!

I received the email today from Cheri that Humana has approved me for Surgery!!!!!

Tomorrow is my last appointment with the dietician. I am hoping that she will approve me and then we can go for insurance approval.
