" My first impression of Dr. Shebani was rushed. But I really didn't have to spend much time with him. I was advised when I made the appointment to go to his youtube presentation and there was a ton of paperwork that needed to be filled out prior to my consultation so between that and my PCP referral he knew everything he needed to know about me and I knew everything about the procedure. So initial consultation did not have to be long.
I have had no surgical complications. The staff seems to be very knowledgeable and helpful. One day I had a couple of concerns and they fit me right in that morning. Dr. Shebani assured me and seemed genuinely concerned about me.
The only complaint I would have is he was supposed to call my mother on the day of my surgery and she did not get a call. And once I had a question and did not get a call back until the next day.
