Pre op diet

Ok, not the most fun thing in the world but managable. Even though i'd like to dive into a cheese pizza I know this will all pay off so that keeps me going.

Glucerna shakes aren't so bad except they leave a nasty film on your tongue that no amount of water seems to wash away.

I can do this, already down 6lbs and have a week and a half till my surgery.
