I am a 32 year old who has struggled with weight now for 12 years.  I have 5 girls.  Over the time between pregnacies I have continued to climb the chart.  I am at my heaviest 266 lbs and feel just awful.  I have tried many different diets, excercise programs, and even psyched my mind to believe oh let's not call it a diet anymore but a lifestyle change.  That didn't work.  Well I'm at the point now where I mean business and something has to be done.  I attempted the process 1 year ago but my insurance company really screwed me over.  My insurance require you have coverage for 2 consecutive years.  Mine you I've had this insurance for 6 years now but  because in 2009 I went on maternity leave and had a break in service (even though it was only 12 wks) they did not consider that as continuous.  The insurance rep politely said "well you're able to try again 1/1/2012".  I  just was devistated but I actually lost and was able to get down to 235. Woohooo me!  What it boils down to is I'm back on my journey and hoping to be on the losers bench.
