"I requested to be discharged as I knew I would get better care at home than there. Was never given a basin to wash until the last day and then it was given to me empty??? I could go on and on but I won't. I will just say I will not go back to that hospital, so if I need a second stage of surgery I will have to find someone else to do it unless they work out of other hospitals."
