PRE-OP IS DONE

Finished the Pre-op at the hospital...went well. I just can't figure out why I had to answer the same 7000 questions twice. Once w/the RN and then the PA. Especially when the RN entered everything into my file on the computer and all she had to do was pull it up. Whatever...I guess it's just to be sure of everything, but do they really need to know my education history? WTH does that have to do w/my surgery? Maybe for a census?? IDK but it was weird.I think I have gotten my head back on straight now. This 2 wk liquid diet was really messing with my head. I was depressed, angry, pissy and any other adjective one could use for miserable. But today is a new day, and attending a support group meeting last night put things in perspective. (Although when they were talking about food, I almost ran out of the room in frustration). It's amazing to just listen to others in the same boat...I am a big believer in support groups and attend at least 2 a month. I definately advise anyone who has WLS to attend one...really helps with everything!
