It has been a hella long time since I've seen the number 1 on my scales when *I* stood on it!  Sure it has taken me quite a while to get here.  I was stalled for almost a month!!   I'm still excited about it!  I'm down 77 lbs today.  Ahhh.. now, if the weight will continue to come off, all will be good.
