New exercise

3 weeks and a day post-op. Just rode our new exercise bike 10 minutes and I'm beat! Holy cow, what a bummer, but I guess you have start somewhere. The lowest level tension is hard...uggg. Now Ty explains why that is the reason we should've gotten one with a flywheel. Well, I'm going to try to use it a few times a day and build up from there. I sooo luck forward to being smaller and healthier! Really hoping by late spring that I'll be moving a whole lot better. Little side note - noticed a week ago that I could actually get out of better easier. Used to be that if I were lying flat and grabbed the back of one of my knees to "rock" myself up - I couldn't do it. Now I can, with no effort - yeah wink
