Well my little but nice WoW moment came last nite. It is My daughter's birthday Tuesday and we took her to dinner at a restaurant called Papa Vino' well in the past i was always worried about the seating arrangement's !! Trying to make sure that we had a table that had enough room so I could get My 383 Pound's in and out without having people to move so I could get to our table !! Well last nite it was different still tight seating but my 248 was a little more accommodating to tight seating arrangement's but you would think restaurants would use there head's and making seating a little more comfortable and not pack you in like sardine's!!!

Today I am four months out and I am down 85 lbs from the date of the surgery May 12th. OH has been a major help and wealth of Information !! All the people that share there Journey and time is invaluable. Thank you one and all !!

Our Country will never forget this day and we shouldn't. We will always remember the innocent people that died at the hands of a bunch of cowards. May there souls rest in peace!!!!

Today was my official weigh in day at Beaumont's Weight Loss center and I am Happy to say that from February of this year I started the weight loss program @ 373 pounds in May I was 334 pounds and today I was 259 and I cant remember that weight !! I know  everyone can do the Math "lol" but I will save you the Time - 114 pounds. Thanks to everyone on OH for sharing there story's the helped with making this journey possible

This is the third month out and I am down 70 Pound's I feel great and hope the weight loss continues!!! This is a great tool we have been given and I hope to use it to the max.

It's Friday July 31st and my weight is 270 pounds this morning I had my RNY May 12th and I started Wm Beaumont weight loss program In February and weighed 373 so this is my story and I am very happy with the Journey so far.

Well my first WoW moment Came this morning we went with my daughter to her doctors appointment and after the appointment my wife was hungry so we stopped at a restaurant and I would always sit at the tables because I think we all know why and dam I was able to sit in the booth with room to spare'lol' This is my story and I am sticking to it !!!

Today I am Two months out and I am down 51 pounds thank you RNY !! I have a long way to go but like all of us we work hard At what we must do to accomplish our goals !! There are so many of you on OH that have accomplished fantastic results. Thank you for sharing your stories

Had my six week check up today and I am down 46 pounds I am happy about that the  journey  so far has been very wet "lol" drink don't drink its too bad there is only 24 hrs in a day It makes sleeping at night a challenge well that's it for now I hope everyone is well that is the most important thing. Everyone have a safe and great 4 th of July  God Bless America !!

This is my 47th day out and I an down 44 pounds It has been a quick 47 days but I am happy with the weight loss. Hope every one is doing well
