LESS THAN A WEEK FROM NOW! HAD PRE-OP APPOINTMENT AND MEETING TODAY 8-10-04! NOW JUST ANXIOUSLY AWAITING THE BIG DAY! SURGERY IS SCHEDULED FOR 11:00 ISH, AUGUST 16, 2004.

Congratulations on your upcoming surgery and your new lifetime journey on the losing side. Right now you are probably on a rollercoaster emotionally - excited, nervous, scared.... This is normal - don't let it freak you out. Take the time over the next few days and 'center' yourself mentally - focus your mind on other things and keep yourself physically busy too. You will find that your big day will be here in no time and you will be calm and ready for it. We will be here ready to welcome you over to the losing side and support you in your journey. Hi Jacque, Congratulations on having surgery in two weeks!! It has been one week since I had the surgery and it's great to have it over with, be home recovering, and losing weight with no effort whatsoever...it is like a miracle to me...Good luck and best wishes for a safe operation and quick recovery. 2 WEEKS FROM TODAY! I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO PREPARE FOR POST-OP BY BUYING A FEW ITEMS! NOT LONG NOW! WENT TO THE DOC TODAY FOR SOME MEDICINE FOR A COLD AND FOUND OUT MY BLOOD PRESSURE WAS HIGH AND MY BLOOD SUGAR WAS HIGH!
