God Bill, you look great! I just checked out your pictures again and you are amazing. Don't sweat the 20 lbs....just don't let it become 40!! And weight lifting is great...I used to do weight traing just to tighten everything up and it also gives your moral a boost and just makes you feel good about yourself. Just remember muscle weighs more than fat so depending on how much weight lifting you do, the scale can play tricks on you. You can feel your cloths get looser and yet the scale will read the same or slightly more! You'll lose fat, gain muscle. Best of luck and keep us posted. We're here for you! Carol Percel
