First Diet Meeting out of the 3 that are needed

This was to me a waste of time, it was about 10 mins long, UGH I thought i was going to learn something. But oh well its a requirement. It looks like I am looking at an end of January date. I wish I could get something more definite since I really want my mom out here (shes in San Diego) and last minute tickets are not cheap.

I talked to the nurse and Aetna and was told that a Phyic evaluation was not required by them, but Barker keeps saying that I need it, they also want two years weight history, now that one is going to be tuff because at the time I didn't have health insurance and was seeing a clinic for my BP meds in San Diego. So I need to be creative and think of a way to get this information to them.

For the time being I think that the Diet Coke habit is broken and I have learned to enjoy water but need some Crystal light. Well I am off to have a piece of pizza.....while I can :)
