Hello all!!

My name is Tamika and I am 35. My surgery was almost 6months ago. and I am close to my 100 lb weight loss goal. I am so excited to reach that mark. I am from NY and I am an assistant teacher for special education students. I have struggled with weight for so long. I work out 3 times a week. I am trying to get up to 5 but I am having so much fun this summer,lol! Hopefully when I get back to work in Sept. I can get it up to 5 times a week. Glade to find this site and will be on it often!!
