"Well I have switched back to Smith. I couldn't believe it when I talked to Donna today (6-23-03). She told me that if I would be willing to have surgery at North Fulton where Dr. Smith currently practices then I could have my surgery on July 9th WOO HOO. That's just two short weeks away. I am READY!!!!!!!!!!"
