I'm so glad that you're in my life. I have done things that I wouldn't have done 100lbs heavier. I've gone jet skiing without the fear of sinking the ski. I've gone to football games without the fear of getting stuck in the seats. I've gone to concerts and not have to worry about back pain from standing for hours (and I wore heels).There are times that you make me mad...like when I go out to eat and I only can get in one bite. Or when I eat the wrong thing and have to jump up to go to the bathroom (from sliming). I get frustrated but I know you do this for my own good. While everyone fixed mile-high plates for Thanksgiving, I was content with my dessert saucer with a spoon of mac and cheese & a spoon of broccoli casserole.
Although I have been on a 7 month stall, it's ok...I haven't gained any so I'm good. I just know that I need to treat you right. Lapband, you have changed my life. I'm so happy, happier than I've ever been in life. I've done things that I thought I'd never do...I love my life and what each day has given me.
