Day 1- Modified Liquid Diet!!!!

Soooo today is day one of my first 2wk modified liquid diet. I said a prayer this morning asking God for the strength I need to be able to do this. I have to admit I started crying this morning when I satrted getting text messages from my family encouraging me and showing their support. Some of them are even doing it with me. I even have cheerleaders at work!!!! I promise to keep yall posted about my progress! Starting Weight: 432lbs  With God and my Family I know I can do this!!!!!
