Just wanted to check in to say THANK YOU SO MUCH to all who have written. My dear friend is having her RNY AS I WRITE THIS! It's Monday, 3/31/03, 10:02 A.M., and her surgery started at 9:30! We actually took different paths to get to the decision to have WLS, and believe it or not, wound up in the exact same surgeon's office and support group! Ain't no coincidences! Anyway, my surgery is a week from Friday, so I'm weaning off caffeine and hitting the treadmill after work. Trying to get up to 1 mile/day before next Friday. Keep those good wishes coming, folks!
