15 weeks post op! Wow what a journey

 I can't believe that I started this journey of finding  out which weightloss surgery woul work for me 5 years ago.  I explored many options but finally settled on VSG. I must confess I took all the classes that lead up to VSG 16 months ago but it was my own insecurities that would not allow me to go completely through the process. In November of 2011 I decided it was time to make the decision. I realized that 50 was just around the corner and it was time to make changes not only physically but mentally spiritually and educationally. So this was the first step. 
 
No this was not easy and each day brings about more new and exciting changes for me. My outlook on life has changed for the better. So for me losing the weight physically has allowed me to lose e a lot of other weights that have been weighing me down. 
As of today I have lost 65lbs and I have never felt better.  I have gone from a 22 to a 14. My pant are a a 16- 14 I have curves.... LOL! i will post pics as soon ai figure out how.

 I look forward to see what will happen in the coming months. Right now I am enjoying the journey!
