I need to add more exercise.  The good news, I didn't gain weight.

I didn't loose any more either though.  My fill next week should fix that, plus the lack of chocolate and Christmas goodies.  I'm going to Mexico in Feb and don't know what size shorts I should buy.  Larger is better than smaller but buying a smaller size would be so great.

Off to the store to buy protein powerder to help stay on track.

I have lost a total of 20 pounds but with the Christmas season, I find that I am able to eat too much.  I go for a fill on the 12th of January.  To top it off my husband is taking me to Mexico in the middle of Feb.  I need to stick to what I should be eating and no sweats.  Merry Christmas everyone!!!!  It is awesome that the little things are great blessing that surpass the large and expensive things we think will make us happy.

Okay, so that didn't work out so well.  After eating liquids and soft stuff for a week I gave in.  A couple of bites and I now know the feeling where all systems stop, eyes grow big and you will whatever it was you ate to stay down.  I have lost 10 pounds but I know I am not getting my reccommended 76 grams of protein.  I'm just not that hungery and nothing has tasted that good except milk.

OKay, I can honestly say that I am so happy that I did it but........I do did not expect the severe abdominal pain from the gas.    I had my gall bladder out about 10 years ago and didn't feel a thing.  What on earth is the determining factor on weither or not you feel the gas?  I would rather have birthed anoter child, I can deal with that pain.

I can't say that I've eaten very much at all.  I'm stuck with yogurt, some soup and a pudding with protein powder but I love Milk, it never tasted so good. 

November 16th!!! Insurance finally prior authorized it!!!!!

WoooWhoo!!!! If I could I would do summer salts, but I would put my back out if I even tried.  I have been walking though. 

I chose to eat my self 10 pounds heavier so that I could loose 100 pounds.  Starts backwards but in the end, I get what I want despite insurance burocracy.  So........finally I have a pre op appointment to meet with the sergeon.  Once that is done they submit to insurance and schedule the surgery.  I've already done the work up hoops but didn't want to count my chickens before they are hatched. 

I will keep all posted on my future surgery date.

It looks like I'll be private pay - probably south of the border to be able to afford it. 

Well, I have gotten the official denial again.  This time I don't weigh enough by the CDC standards and I don't have a condition that they consider for the surgery.  Is it wrong to ask for weight loss surgery to cure my obesity?  I am just disapointed by this additional set back.

I guess I will look at surgery in Mexico but it will take me several years to save enough money for this surgery.   I can't get a unsecured loan because I am rebuilding my credit since my husband was out of work for a year and finally got disability..... wah, poor me right.  O well,  I'll pick myself up tomorrow and trudge on.
