"my first impression was a good one. seemed to know his stuff and wanted me to be clear of what I was getting myself into. i really liked his bedside manner. i found him to be upbeat and funny. This means a great deal to me. Anyone can study and follow the procedure.......but can they make you smile? build trust? after all, he is in the drivers seat during the whole thing. I really need to trust the guy. The only bummer was that since surgery, I have been dealing with another surgeon during follow up calls. I guess he is not on call and let others handle those situations. I did see him face to face during my 2 week follow up appt which was good. "
