"I met my surgeon in person for the first time on November 26, 2003. He was a generally nice person who was easy to talk to and explained things to me in simple, easy to understand terms. I thought the office staff was GREAT. Cathy Carr-Younger is a GREAT individual who is excellent with people!!! The receptionist Carole is sweet, and the Nurse Teresa is awesome. He and his staff both stress that you know all ther is to know about the surgery, its life altering effects, and the mental and emotional changes that will occur. They also want you to work closely with the staff and your own persoanl doctor to acheive your weight loss goals. They talk a lot about aftercare and the different programs that help you through. they also make the staff available for help at any time you need it. The risks of surgery as well as there own statistics are given several times throughout your consult and as far as I am concerned...he is the best choice for me.
