"I thought I was going to meet this warm, overtly friendly person. Instead I met a Dr very business oriented and I was immediately confident of his committment to doing this right the 1st time. Dr Schlesinger has a nice smile and he should do so more often but I would opt for his surgical competence above all. The staff makes up for the warmth.
