I made my page on here in 2014 while I was in my first time trying for wls insurance lapsed and I put it off.. I tried again in 2016 I had a huge run around so I put it off again.. 12/2017 I started doing Omad fasting lost 87lbs felt better than I have in a long time but I ended up gaining back plus more by early 2020 now as I'm 4 days away from my surgery date 1/21/21 I'm excited nervous and anxious to get back to living without this extra weight!! (I actually forgot about this site until now)

I've gained almost 4 lbs since my last dietitian appointment because i stress ate the entire mth.. Now im affraid they might kick me out of the program. My thing is they arent really helping me all i do is weigh in and they ask do i have a new goal and i leave.. I dnt want to be removed i sooo need this change. But i dnt have help  😔😢 .. Huuuuh 

So I'm only in my first MTH of 6 before I can be approved for wls and if I had the money I would definitely do it sooner.  My   friends and I went to the park yesterday for a free concert and of course I'm the only big girl out of us all but they DNT treat me any different I beat myself up about it every time we are together and they always tell me no matter I still I have a pretty face and they love me we haven't even been friendsthat long maybe 3years and they support me SOOO much.. I haven't told any of them about having surgery but one and she is just as excited as I am.. When we're all together we like taking lots of pics but yesterday I just wasn't feeling it because I know I'm just so big but they managed to sneak some of me in anyway and put them on facebook I get so embarrassed because they are so much smaller than I am and if u go thru my pics u will notice how huge I am now :(  depressing..  I had a baby last year and I have gotten bigger than my pregnancy weight. And it's just stressing that I allowed myself to get this size.. I needed to vent and had no other place to do that so I came here maybe someone has been through this before 

YAAAYY!! I HAD MY SECOND INSTALLMENT OF MY JOURNEY  YESTERDAY.  I MET WITH THE NUTRITIONIST  AND THE EXERCISE CLASS.. NEXT APPOINTMENT  IS AUGUST 19. IM SO EXCITED  ABOUT THIS BECAUSE  IM FINALLY  READY FOR CHANGE. I JUST CNT SEEM TO CHANGE MY STYLE OF EATING YET BUT I KNOW AS MTHS GOES BY MY MINDSET WILL CHANGE AS I PREPARE  MYSELF EVEN MORE. 

THE NUTRITIONIST REFERRED  ME TO THIS WEBSITE  BUT I HAD ALREADY GOOGLED AND JOINED B4 I WENT LOL..  YAAAY IM SO EXCITED!!!!! 

Hi I'm new to this site, 

 I had my first meeting consultation with my surgeon today.. I'm excited and ready to began this new life journey. Because of my insurance I have to do a bunch of qualifying things b4 I can have my surgery and that will be in about 6 mths.. everyone at the doctors office was so nice. I have a lot of my appointments set beginning next week! I'm going in for bypass. I'm at my heaviest weight of 366 lbs and ready to feel free again! My goal weight as of now is just my b4 kids weight of 180 lbs I know that's still considered over weight but I was happy there and I would love to regain the happiness I once knew back :) I'm just so anxious lol
