I went to the doctor on Tuesday and to my amazement I've lost 30 LBS!!! I knew that I had dropped some pounds since my surgery but not that much. I'm super excited about this and I can't wait to see how much I will have lost by my next appointment in two weeks. Make room for me on The Loser Bench !!!

Next Wednesday will officially be two since my life change surgery . I haven't weighed myself yet. I figured I'll let it be a surprised and wait till I go to the doctor next Friday. I'm really looking forward to moving on to "phase two" of the diet because being on straight liquids is starting to make me cringe a little LOL. I finding it more difficult now to try to get all the protein and fluids in (that's required) daily. If somebody has any suggestions on what to do to better my intake PLEASE !
