Hello everyone i know its been a min well i am doing well i am feeling so much more energized and good about myself and m life choice's i have lost 124 lbs Yeah i think i might get to a Plato soon but i hope not i have slowed down in the weight loss a lil bit but it fluctuates basically 50 more lbs and i will be at my goal and i have decided not to let anything get in the way of that soo i am still being active and waiting forthe day i can get on that scale and it say 150!!! that notion still seems far fetched un reachable but ima do it thanks for reading ya'll i be more frequent in the blogs
