Hello My wls Family i know it has been a while since i bloged well i am around 165 now! that's a total of 163 lbs lost! when i began this journey i did not think my goal was possible i mean i knew i could probably lose 100 maybe, it just didn't seem feasible i know alot of you can concur with what i am saying. I've learned alot of things on this journey like not to b a scale wh**e ya know lol, i make sure i only weigh myself once a week it makes you feel better cause you usually always see a difference, only weigh myself right when i wake up(preferably after a #2 lol). but seriously i feel so blessed to have allowed myself to use this tool of weight loss surgery wisely and i am sure i can carry this tool through life!!!!
