My name is Nicole. I am a 30 year old single mom of a 7 year old who is my life! 
I have been over weight most of my life and I am sick of it! I want to be healthy and be able to live my life to the fullest and my weight holds me back. I have a consultation with Dr Lamar and it can not get here soon enough!
The day I met with the Nutritionist My starting weight in December 2006 was 315 pounds, and Oct 24, 2007, the morning of my surgery my weight was 294. I can not wait to start this journey, I am so tired or being tired, fat and unhealthy. I grew up as a chubby child, got thin, then got fat!! I have struggled for a long time with my weight and I am tired of it. Nothing I was doing lasted and it was a constant weight roller coaster. After I had my son I got alot bigger and it took me time to realize that I deserved to be healthy and happy and so did my son. About 6 years ago I started to look into gastric bypass surgery, I was only able to get as far as looking on the internet, I think I just was not ready for such a major life change and then it got to the point to where I really had no choice. So about two years ago I started talking to my Dr about it and he was against it, but I new it was my only choice so I changed Dr's. then about a year ago I was ready and in a few months I was approved for the surgery and it has finally become reality! I am on my way to a Healthy New Me and I can not wait for it all to begin!
