I am 1 pound away from goal and I can't believe it!!  I still have more that I want to lose but I have almost made it to Dr's goal in 10 1/2 months 

I am 5 pounds away from my Dr goal!  Not my goal, I have about 15 more to get there, but I am so happy!

I am down 2 pounds, weight loss has gotten a bit slow, but I am still losing.  8 more pounds until Dr LaMars goal for me, I hope to make it before my October check up (1 yr)

I am in a size 8 dress pant!!  Cant believe it!  I am still in a 12 jeans, they just fit different, kinda weird!  :)  Still working on the last 10 pounds until my goal, havent weighed in a while, maybe I should go tonight..

I weighed in last week at 185!!!  10 more pounds and I have made it to my doctors goal!  Total of 130 pounds lost... But the best part is my BMI is out of the 30's and is in the 20's!!!!

I got into a size 10!!!  WOW I have not been in a 10 since High School.  This is one of the best feelings!

 Today I met with Dr Lemar for my 6 month check up.  He was pleased with my 103 pound weight loss and said that I was doing great.  He thinks that I will pass up the goal weight of 175 that he set for me at my first appointment, which is wonderful!  I would be happy with the weight that I am now, but hey I am not going to complain.

 

Total Loss since surgery 103!!

Total Loss 124 since my highest weight! 

I am in a size 12 Jean~!  I am so excited!!!!  I have my 6 month check up on Monday and I cant wait to get on the scale again! 

Well I have not posted in a few days, I weighed today and I am down another 7 pounds which brings me to a total of 102 pounds lost since surgery, 123 pounds total!  I am thrilled!

I AM FINALLY OUT OF THE 200's!  I am down to 199# as of today and I can not believe it!  THANK YOU JESUS!!!
